House Extension - Toorak

A big job done without a sweat.

There was nothing little about this extension. It was a huge task. All things inside and out had to match the décor and exterior of this stately abode. It was not a simple case of constructing new building works. The owners had exacting tastes and we reached out to all corners of the globe to match them. We imported unique tiles from Italy, matching the existing flooring and house-fittings. We made the extension blend seamlessly, as if it were part of the house from day one. We encountered a ton of obstacles, but in true Samico style, we ploughed through. We added contractors and man-hours without running over budget or past deadline, because a great success for Samico means great success for our clients.
