Restoring one of Brunswick’s hidden gems back to former glory.

This house was in a state of total disrepair when we entered the place. The foundations were sagging, the framework was on the verge of collapse and there were holes everywhere. Though it had survived the hustle and bustle of Brunswick for three generations, it was completely uninhabitable. We set to make things right by restoring its original splendour. We restumped, renewed, repainted and restored the house from top to bottom and in-between, including its heritage style balcony. Our builders improved on the existing design by adding a new living area extension plus putting in new landscaping, keeping its old-world charm yet updating it for the 21st Century. It was not only a house that owners could feel proud of; it was a home yet again.
