As a heritage building, this job required a deft and delicate touch. We felt a heavy responsibility to stay true to the building’s original vision while restoring its iconic façade. Samico prepared for the project by complying with all the regulations and selection criteria that are essential for a project of this magnitude. We sat down to methodically follow the expert architects’ precise directions before we even thought of picking up any of our tools. Once we had our directions, permits and plans in place, we meticulously re-rendered the front, refurbishing it back to its iconic status.
