Holiday Home Construction - Flinders

A bayside escape built from the ground up.

When we started this project, we started with nothing. The client had only a contemporary holiday home in mind. With simply that, Samico took care of everything from concept to completion. We followed the design specifications to the client's requirements: they wanted a house with three bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, large kitchen, living spaces and an outdoor balcony to soak in the breathtaking views of the bay. We had to remediate and excavate the land, pour foundations, build the structure both inside and out, include fittings and everything the clients couldn’t bring themselves. We worked hard to surpass every one of our client’s expectations, delivering the superior Samico standard.
