Sunshine mEDICAL cENTRE
The Sunshine Medical Centre is a great example of Samico;s ability to transform spaces. In this instance Samico converted a residential property into a fully functioning medical centre.
New Apartments
The exterior design includes cladding and rendering to match the existing façade and combined with light filled, clean interiors Samico were able to blend together an appealing modern design.
Medical Centre
Samico designed and fitted, new treatment rooms, consultant rooms, reception counter, new flooring as well as the journey, workspaces and vanities for these areas.
Holiday Home Construction
When we started this project, we started with nothing. The client had only a contemporary holiday home in mind. With simply that, Samico took care of everything from concept to completion.
House Extension
We imported unique tiles from Italy, matching the existing flooring and house-fittings. We made the extension blend seamlessly, as if it were part of the house from day one.
