Built above an existing office, Samico has transformed 27 Norwood Crescent, Moonee Ponds into four beautiful apartments. The exterior design includes cladding and rendering to match the existing façade and combined with light filled, clean interiors Samico were able to blend together an appealing modern design.

All apartments have kitchens outfitted with stainless steel appliances, bedrooms with built in wardrobes, bathrooms tiled to the ceiling and European laundries. Space has been maximised throughout the apartments and all have balconies to take advantage of the outdoor areas.

The build included all workmanship; carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, flooring, plastering, painting and internal fittings. Samico also ensured that disruption was kept to a minimum to allow the existing offices to function while the apartments were under construction.
