Ferntree Gully's 'Choices Flooring' needed everything in their shop knocked down and built up again from scratch. They didn't even want to keep any of the walls or the ceiling! The brief was simple - give us an all new look. That's exactly what we did. We built a fresh interior, vastly improving their previous fit-out. We created a private office area and staff room with sink and hot water. We put up brand new custom walls, partitions, benchtops, ceilings, doors, windows and light fixtures. Our team took care of all the plumbing and electrical needs, including data to keep their modern office running without a minute of downtime. Samico supervised the project, making sure not a lick of paint was out of place.
